🚨Hold drills at home to help children know what to do in the event of 🔥 a fire or 🌪 tornado.
🚨Put together a first aid kit.
🚨Volunteer to participate in community emergency preparedness events.
🚨Learn about proper storage and disposal of medications.
🚨Take a CPR class.
🚨Learn how to identify fall hazards in a home.
🚨Teach someone to change a tire properly and safely.
🚨Take a defensive driving course.

Wichita Falls City Manager Darron Leiker has named Amy Fagan as the new Director of Health for the Wichita Falls - Wichita County Public Health District
"Amy has been a dedicated and steadfast employee to this organization for 20 years. I am confident that she will make a great Director of Health and serve this community for many more years to come," said Leiker.

Fagan began her career as the Public Health Emergency Response Coordinator in the Health District. She has been the Assistant Health Director for the past 16 years.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialty in health services administration.
