A FREE cooking class hosted at the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Health District. We’ll be teaching basic principles of nutrition and cooking skills in a fun and interactive environment. You will learn about common and not-so-common food items, try different methods of food preparation, build confidence in the kitchen, and more!
