The Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program for Low Income Households and Disabled Households (TBRA) is designed to assist individuals in becoming self-sufficient by assisting with security and utility deposits and rental subsidies for up to 24 months in Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Shackelford, Stephens, Taylor (excluding the City of Abilene), Wilbarger, Wichita (excluding the City of Wichita Falls) and Young counties. Requirements
To be eligible for the TBRA Program, applicants must be participating in the CSBG Case Management Program with RPMC. To apply for services with RPMC, interested individuals need to contact RPMC for an appointment with a case manager.
(Wichita Falls residents may require relocation to outside of Wichita falls but within Wichita County)
