Wichita County Human Services
The Wichita County Human Services provides prescription assistance/health care services to eligible residents in Cashion Community, Burkburnett, Iowa Park and Wichita Falls. Electra residents must go through the Electra Hospital. Upon approval the Wichita County Human Services will pay for three prescriptions per month. Approved applicants must reapply every six months.

- 21% poverty level
