Wichita County Veterans Service Office

The Veterans Service Office staff are employed by the County and State to help Veteran’s and their dependents in processing claims. They work through and with the Texas Veteran’s Commission to process claims for compensation and pension, change dependency status, update direct deposit information, assistance in burial allowance as well as DIC benefits for the surviving spouse.

If you are a Veteran, Spouse or Dependent of a Veteran they are here to assist you. If you have never filed a claim with the VA or the surviving Spouse of a Veteran they may be able to help in filing a claim. If you have already filed a claim, they may assist you with an upgrade or finding out information.
