A 6–8 week adventure in holistic wellness for kids and teens

Play Well isn’t just a class—it’s an exciting journey into the world of health, wellness, and confidence. Designed for children and teens, this interactive program helps build lifelong healthy habits through hands-on activities, engaging lessons, and plenty of fun!

Each week, we explore new topics like:
Nutrition – Fueling strong bodies
Exercise – Moving with purpose
Mental Health – Building resilience and calm
Hygiene – Staying fresh and clean

Led by energetic instructors, Play Well empowers kids to take charge of their well-being.

We bring fun and engaging content to kids all over Wichita County including, but not limited to:

  • Wichita Falls Boys & Girls Clubs
  • The Arc of Wichita County
  • Wichita Falls ISD schools
  • Burkburnett ISD schools
  • Burkburnett Boys & Girls Clubs
