  • Wichita Falls Public Library Toddler Time

    Toddler Time is a free program for children 3 & under to enjoy with their caregivers. Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., & 11:00 a.m.

    We use music, movement, and rhyme to work on pre-reading skills, manners, and to give families quality bonding time together. This is also a great opportunity to meet other families in the area and enjoy the library!
    Each session is approximately 20-25 minutes long. Families can play freely in the early learning play area before and after. Cards for each session will be available at youth side of the service desk as you come in- please take one per family, as it's your "ticket" into that Toddler Time. When we are out of cards for a time slot, it means that session is full.

    ROUTE DEVIATION PROGRAM
    This is available to passengers who may not be able to get to a regular route bus stop. Under this system, buses will deviate for a distance of up to 3/4 mile from the regular route to pick-up or drop-off passengers. Reservations must be made the day before service is required. Service is available Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM till 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM till 4:30 PM.

    SHEPPARD EXPRESS
    Falls Ride offers a service for military members through our Sheppard Express Route 6. The Sheppard Express route runs in one hour intervals so there is no need to worry about not making it back to SAFB in time!

    STUDENT TRANSIT PROGRAM
    All MSU and Vernon College students ride free. Students must present a current student ID card to ride any route on Falls Ride System.

    Miracle League - Miracle League is a baseball program for special needs kids. It runs in the spring for 6 Saturdays. It is a completely FREE program for any special needs kid with any diagnosis. The field is specially designed for any kid, it's rubber so it can be used by kids with walkers or in wheelchairs.
