2022 Community Health Assessment
In collaboration with the Health Coalition of Wichita County, the Health District is in the process of updating the Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The following is a draft of the CHA, for which we are seeking input from the community.
